What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 2 pm and check-out before 12 pm. If you’d like to take one more walk around Siena on your day of departure, you may leave your bags at reception at no extra cost.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Diners Card and Bancomat debit. 

What are the terms of cancellation?

Your booking may be cancelled at no cost up to 12pm of the day before arrival. Early departures must be communicated before 12pm the day before departure. In the case of a later cancellation or no-show, the the Credit Card will be charged for the full cost of the reservation. These terms are subject to change, therefore we ask you to check the cancellation terms when booking your stay.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, our restaurant “Mangia” is open every evening for dinner. Half-board may be ordered upon request.

Can I park my car?

We offer free parking to all guests: 2 outdoor private lots and 1 indoor garage.

Do you arrange trips and tours?

We can recommend a professional agency that organizes tours in Chianti, and around the wineries of Brunello and Val d’Orcia among other destinations.
